Once again brilliant!
"This was our second visit to Nellim and once again we had a brilliant time. We booked direct with the hotel and everything worked like clockwork, airport pickup and the room we asked for. Easy online check-in and helpful hotel staff. Food is outstanding, moose stew, reindeer, Arctic char to name but a few and freshly baked bread every day. The activities are all well organised and long enough, some of the guides are better and more experienced than others but nothing to complain about. If you want to experience something different then this is the place for you. We were also lucky enough to see the Northern Lights 6 nights out of 7! Nellim has really got under our skin, so much so, we shall be back again for a third time next year! "

How do I get there?


NELLIM IS EASY TO REACH WHETHER YOU ARE ARRIVING WITH AIR OR LAND TRANSPORTATION

If you wish to use air transportation, we recommend to take a flight to Ivalo Airport. The flight between Helsinki and Ivalo is approximately 1,5 hours. Finnair operates between Helsinki and Ivalo daily all year round.

If you wish to use land transportation, we recommend to take a train from Helsinki to Rovaniemi and then a public bus from Rovaniemi to Ivalo. You can reach us easily also by own car.
