Programme

Day 1. Arrival Day

Arrival to Ivalo Airport and take a transfer by bus to Wilderness Hotel Muotka. Upon arrival you'll settle into your accommodation and enjoy a welcoming dinner.

Days 2.-3. Activities

Best of Lapland

We start the day with a short drive to Kiilopää Fell Centre. Once we've laced our hiking boots, we're heading straight through the gates of the famous National Park " Urho Kekkonen". Your guide will decide on the best route for the day depending on the weather and trail conditions. Prepare for a moderate climb to the summit of Kiilopää. During the hike you will learn about the stunning nature and wildlife in the tundra and fells. A delicious open fire lunch will be prepared and served during the activity. Moderate climb, intermediate difficulty.

Later, unwind with a Finnish sauna experience followed by a refreshing river swim. Conclude your day with a delicious dinner.

Biking Day

After breakfast, embark on an E-Fatbike trip through forests and over the fells. Our biking route will partly traverse Urho Kekkonen National Park, offering breathtaking scenery. Enjoy lunch by an open fire during the day. After the bike ride, relax in our traditional Finnish sauna and take another invigorating river swim. Wrap up the day with a delightful dinner.

Days 4. Departure

It’s time to say goodbye to the Wilderness Hotel Muotka and head towards new adventures. Enjoy a good breakfast before heading back to Ivalo airport by transfer.
